Elementary Korean for Advanced Beginners

We are thrilled to welcome Chuanhui Meng as a Visiting Professor. A postdoctoral fellow in East Asian Studies, her specialties include modern and contemporary Chinese film and culture. This fall Professor Meng will be teaching East 1308 Transnational Chinese Cinema.

We are thrilled to welcome Professor Hieyoon Kim as the new Assistant Professor of East Asian Studies. A distinguished scholar of dissident culture and media focusing on Korea, her work has appeared in top journals like the Journal of Asian Studies and Journal of Cinema and Media Studies.
